Typically, I try to steer clear of any stories that are related to cooking in some way or another. This is not to say that the stories themselves aren't helpful - because they are - but I am simply not the type of person that fares well as far as new recipes are concerned. Monounsaturated fat content is integral for health, to put it simply, as it is able to help the body in ways that saturated fat cannot. It's just a matter of incorporating a different kind of oil within the cooking process and I have no doubt that this is one of the finer options.
