Consistent Exercise Habits Can Help You Completely Eliminate Bruising Easily?

By Jan Doan

How many times have you noticed a bruise on your body and didn't remember how it got there? You are all a little clumsy and have walked into doorways, side tables, you name it; and your souvenirs for these lapses in grace are often bruises. Bruises, or contusions, are the result of blood vessels breaking open below the skin due to some kind of trauma, and for some people the trauma can be very minor. While many of you don't worry about a small bruise here or there, there are others for whom these are painful and frequent bodily visitors.

Growing up, you put your bodies through a lot of physical tests, and these rarely resulted in bruising. This is because your metabolisms were active and high; and your bodies were constantly growing, making the need to be able to heal a wound quickly especially important. This can change, either from medications like Coumadin which act as a blood thinner and weaken blood vessel walls, or your diets are lacking some important nutrient. Also, as you advance in age your bodies weaken, your skin becomes thinner, and the components of your circulatory system become less flexible and weaker.

Not getting enough iron in your body or not ingesting enough vitamins, such as C and K can all contribute to an overall weakening of the body. If you do bruise abnormally often, it's smart to sit down with your doctor to rule out any illnesses or to find out with finality that it is just your lack of nutrition that is making you feel like a human canvas for purple polka dots.

So you've been evaluated by your family doctor and, fortunately, there isn't anything medically wrong with you. Bruising a lot can make you feel as though you're weaker and the reality is, you actually are. Your body isn't strong enough to handle outside stressors. What can you do to fix it? Start an exercise program. If you're not used to being physically active, starting with a low-impact exercise program is the best course of action. Low impact activities are easy on your body and don't harm your joints. You can start by taking walks around your neighborhood or going for swims. Water resistance makes your body work harder all while making sure your joints remain untaxed.

Low-impact exercises don't demand too much from you and they're easy to incorporate into your life, be it a walk in the park or swimming in a pool. Water exercises are especially good because your joints are cushioned, and the water itself acts as a natural resistance to any movement.

Getting used to moving more, you'll probably want to challenge your body even more, and the way to do that is with aerobic activity. Go out dancing with your friends, play volleyball, train for a race - it's up to you what activity you choose. The consequence of your aerobic exercise is an increase in your heart rate which will burn more calories by forcing your muscles to work harder to propel you forward. Outside of any weight loss you might experience, your energy levels will be through the roof because your metabolism will be burning at a much higher level. All of this strengthens your cardiovascular system, which as you know, includes your blood vessels. If the walls of your capillaries are stronger, you won't tend to bruise as easily.

The benefits of exercise are triple fold, and your body will thank you by becoming more flexible, stronger, able to work for longer periods of time, and being strong enough for you that you won't have to walk around embarrassed because you're covered in unsightly, purple bruises.

A good exercise program can decrease your tendency for easy bruising and will benefit your life in more ways that you haven't even thought of yet. Regardless of which form of exercise regimen you choose, you should add to the benefits of your regular exercise the benefits of the all natural Bruises Be Banned daily supplement program that has been proved by people all over the world to help stop bruising easily completely.
